A Professor at the University of Ghana’s Political Science Department, Ransford Gyampo has outlined seven things that make the late former President Jerry John Rawlingsenigmatic.According to him, Mr. Rawlings has led several change drives in the country with the introduction of accountability and probity in Ghana’s political lexicon.
He indicated that after Kwame Nkrumah, the late former President is Ghana’s most Charismatic leader the country has had.
